1. Define TT101HI on SY52 for selected screens.
2. Define TT102HI on SY52 for selected screens.
3. Run either report from a screen identified with SY52
The Reports Definition screen, SY52, allows you to assign reports to be run on-demand from a specific screen. When assigning reports to a specific screen, the parameters for that report must exist on the screen. You can assign more than one report to a specific screen and one report to more than one screen.
1.
Specify the name of the screen from which you want the
report to run.
NOTE: Screens assigned must be valid screens
from the SCREENS table on SY81.
2.
Enter the Report Name in uppercase characters, for
example: TT101HI or TT102HI.
3.
Enter a Report Description, for example: Transfer Tracking: Parcel History (PH) or
Transfer Tracking: Parcel Transfer Summary (PTS)
4.
Enter the Output Name, for example: TT101HI.LIS or TT102HI.LIS.
5.
Enter the Daemon. Since the report will be sent to the
screen, “LOCAL” is suggested for the printer.
6.
Enter the Printer. Since the report will be sent to the
screen, “ON-LINE” is suggested for the printer..
7.
Enter the following parameters in
fields Param4 – Param6.
NOTE: Param5 =
‘2003’ only for when being defined for on-demand printing from CA13.

From a screen defined on SY52 (for example AA11):
1.
Query to bring up the desired parcel.
2.
Click
the On-Demand Reports icon to run the report.
The On-Demand Reports pop-up screen will appear.

3.
Click [OK] to run the report.
When the report is run ON-DEMAND, it will always run
interactively and display first on the screen.
The following window gets displayed before each page of the report is
displayed.

After each page of the report is finished processing,
it is displayed on the screen.
