TX106IN – PARCEL LIST FROM MAILDAT

 

NOTE:  The specific fields with permissible entries to be filled in or left blank are listed below. Ignore fields that are not in the list next to the screens.

 1.    Job: Report name should always appear here. For example, TX106IN.

 2.    Server Name: Keep the server name that first appears.

 3.    Printer_Name: Select a valid printer or keep the displayed printer if one is present.

 4.    Jurisdiction: Enter your jurisdiction.

 5.    Tax Year: Enter the current Tax Year.

 6.    Spool File Name: Enter TX106IN.LIS to create the file in text format.

 9.    ID1: Enter the starting parcel ID. Default is zero. Enter zero or leave blank for all parcels.

 10. ID2: Enter the ending parcel ID. Default is ZZ. Enter ZZ or leave blank for all parcels.

 13. FCU: Formatting code. Keep the default printer setting that is present when the screen appears. If blank, enter HPLL132.

 16. ORDER BY :Enter zero to sort by first owner data and owner data. Leave blank to sort by parcel.

 17. PARAM1 Code or ‘ALL’:

         Enter code indicator or leave blank for all.

 18. PARAM2 Inc. Val(CY/DY/Y/N):

          Print values and taxes using CY, DY, Y, or N.

          CY will print values and current taxes.

          DY will print values and delinquent taxes.

          Y will print values and total taxes.

          N will not print any values or taxes.

 19. PARAM3 Min Tax: Enter the minimum amount of taxes that must be owed for the parcel to appear in the report.

 20. PARAM4 Usrdef Fld(UserX):

          This is a user-defined field for MAILDAT. Default is USER1. Whatever is in the user-defined field (for example, MAILDAT USER1) will be compared to the CODE value entered above. Only those parcels that match both the USER1 and CODE value will be printed.

 21. PARAM5 PRINT FROM OWNDAT?:

          Enter “O” to print all parcels from OWNDAT.
