Spool File: Enter the filename of the output file

Unpaid as of: Enter the date past which bill will be considered unpaid

Authority/IDLIST: Enter ALL for all authorities or enter a specific authority or IDLIST

Authority /SETNAME: Leave blank for all authorities or enter a specific authority or SETNAME of authority list

FCU: PDF or NONE. When creating the flat text file NONE must be entered here and the ‘.pdf’ must be removed from the file name or the flat file will not be created.
