tx169 – Pretax Collection Base Report

NOTE:  The specific fields with permissible entries to be filled in or left blank are listed below. Ignore fields that are not in the list next to the screens.

 1.    Job: Report name should always appear here. For example, TX169.

 2.    Server Name: Keep the server name that first appears.

 3.    Printer_Name: Select a valid printer or keep the displayed printer if one is present.

 4.    Jurisdiction: Enter your jurisdiction.

 5.    Tax Year: Enter the tax year requested. If the field is blank the report will not generate any data.

 6.    Spool File Name: Enter TX169.LIS to create the file in text format.

 7.    Beginning Date: Enter the beginning Pretax Effective date that should be included on the report. (Format: MMDDYYYY).

 8.    Ending Date: Enter the ending Pretax Effective date that should be included on the report. (Format: MMDDYYYY).

 9.    ID1: Enter the minimum Parcel ID to include in the report or zero to include all parcels. Enter IDLIST to run the report on a specific list of parcels.

 10. ID2: If ID1 = minimum Parcel ID, enter the maximum Parcel ID associated with the parcels to include in the report. If ID1 = zero, enter ZZ for all parcels. If ID1 = IDLIST, enter the SETNAME of the IDLIST.

 13. FCU: Formatting code. Keep the default printer setting that is present when the screen appears. If blank, enter HPLP132.

 17. PARAM1 ROLL TYPE: Enter the valid roll type to include on the report. Only one roll type can be processed for each report.  If reports are needed on multiple roll types, they will have to be run individually.

Press [Submit Job]. The system will notify you when the report is finished.

 

Additional Notes:    The report “Heading” on line one is held in the JURIS Master Table (AA44). The information that will print is found in the field labeled “description”.  All other heading labels will be based on the information entered for island, year, date range, and ID1.
