TX499COLOG – Batch report for tax records load
This report
creates tax records into ADJUST for all valid parcels from

here. For example, TX499COLOG. 2. Server Name: Keep the server name
that first appears. 3. Printer_Name:
Select a
valid printer or keep the displayed printer if one is present. 4. Jurisdiction: Enter your jurisdiction. 5. Tax Year: Enter the Tax Year to load for tax records. 6. Spool File Name: Enter
TX499COLOG.LIS to create the file in text format. 7. Beginning Date: Enter effective or business date. 9. ID1:
Enter the
loader script with directory path name. For example, C:\TEMP\CONTROL001.CTL 10. ID2: Enter the
data file name with directory path name.
For example. C:\TEMP\DATA1.CSV 11. ALT1: Enter the directory path for the loader log and discard
files. If blank, it will be created in DEAMON path 13. FCU:
Formatting
code. Keep the default printer setting that is present when the screen
appears. If blank, enter HPLP132. 17. PARAM1 ROLLTYPE: Enter a valid roll type. If blank, roll type will be
retrieved from ASMT. |
